Instructor: Nicole Plante

Nicole Cloutier Plante is local to the south coast of Massachusetts having been born and raised in Westport, and attending Bishop Stang High School in Dartmouth. A 1993 graduate of Bryant University with a degree in Business Administration and concentration in Accounting, Nicole moved to Georgia. Finding her path she got into commission in sales in the food service industry and was one of the top in her field in her 20’s. Ten years later she decided it was time to come back to her roots, but upon her return in 2001, as she looked for a home, she realized that most realtors were looking out for their own interest and that of the seller. Nicole took it upon herself to go directly to the registry of deeds, town halls, conservation, home inspectors, lawyers, and mortgage brokers. With this experience, Nicole was inspired to get her real estate license, worked for a small office for a couple of years, got her Brokers License and then established Even Keel Realty in 2005. She was not satisfied with stopping there and went on to become an ABR (Accredited Buyers Representative), GRI (Graduate, REALTOR Institute), C2EX, and ITI. She has built her company on the basis of full customer service and complete disclosure. Since then she has developed a remarkable reputation among both clients and peers. The company slogan, “How Are YOU Represented?” displays her unmatched devotion to her customers. Meeting and exceeding her client’s expectations, Nicole works tirelessly communicating the details and personally sells over $20+ million a year in Massachusetts and Rhode Island.

Because Nicole has the experience of raising two children as a single mom, gone through a divorce, health issues and much more, she feels like she can be real with the client in front of her. Helping the person or people in front of you is all about the details, she is an excellent listener and teacher. She wants to spread her knowledge so that buyers and sellers alike may be represented by educated real estate agents and be satisfied with their largest investment - their home.

Outside of her business endeavors, Nicole is spirited in giving back to her community. She has served on the local board of Realtors as a Board of Directors member, gives to local charities and nonprofits, helps families in need, has served on the Dartmouth Youth Advocate Commission, and partners with local schools internship programs to shape the future generation.
