In this class you will learn about radon testing and remediation, how to deal with mold problems, how to read a mold and lead paint report, well water quality testing, oil tank and spill regulations, what to do with an asbestos issue, cradle to grave liability when owning real property, what environmental data reports are, what a REALTOR® has the responsibility to disclose, and much more.

This class has 12 CE Credits (RE57R07, RE11RC07, RE04RC12, RE19RC12, RE63RC10, RE05RC12).
