DESCRIPTION:The Cape Cod and Islands Association of REALTORS® in partnership with the REALTOR® Association of Southeastern MA is offering a special one-day virtual Resort and Second Property Specialist (RSPS) Certification course with instructor Kate Lanagan MacGregor.\n\nThe Resort and Second-home Property Specialist (RSPS) certification is for REALTORS® in resort and second-home markets around the world who wish to distinguish themselves among their peers and consumers - an especially important market segment here on Cape Cod and the Islands.\n\nEarly Bird Pricing available through July 31st. \nCCIAOR Members:$99\, Non-Members: $119 through July 31st\nCCIAOR Members: $119\, Non-Members: $139 after July 31st\n$25 cancellation fee until Sept. 15th\n\nNo-show forfeits all fees\n\nEarn CE Credits for:\n\n- RE55R06: Leisure Homes\, Second Homes & Age Restricted Housing (2 credits)\n- RE109R25: Short Term Residential Vacation Rental (2 credits)\n\nHow REALTORS® in the U.S. Earn the RSPS Certification\n\nSuccessfully complete the Resort and Second-Home Property Specialist (RSPS) certification course.\nBe a member in good standing of the National Association of REALTORS®.\nPay the one-time application fee of $102.\nThere are no annual RSPS dues to maintain the certification.\nRSPS is recognized as an official NAR Certification. Joining after the start time may result in not receiving credit.\nWe suggest logging on 10-15 minutes\, allowing time to troubleshoot any issues you may have.\nHave your camera on for the duration of the entire class & be visible.\n\nWe ask you to remain in one location for the duration of the course (ie. driving or repeatedly changing locations is not allowed).\n\nBe able to use the polls and chat function.\n\nBe able to click the join room function\, if promoted to participate in a group activity in a breakout room.\n\nCCIAOR Members\n\nThrough PEARL\, you will access your class materials\, the Zoom link for the course\, and your certificate(s) after your completion.
