Description

The Accredited Buyer's Representative (ABR®) designation is for real estate buyer's agents who focus on working directly with buyer-clients at every stage of the home-buying process. By completing this two-day course, you will earn 8 CE Credit Hours. You will earn the following:

• RE02R06: Buyer Agency
• RE49R05: Dual Agency
• RE91R14: Disclosures.. Disclosures... Disclosures

Education

• Complete the two-day core designation course. The first-day for this class will be on 10/10 at 22 Sherwood Drive in Taunton, MA. The second day will be online. 
• Complete one of the ABR® elective courses

Work Experience

• Documentation of five completed transactions in which you acted solely as a buyer representative.

Professional Affiliation

• Membership in good standing in REBAC
• Membership in good standing in the National Association of REALTORS® (NAR).

Application

• Submit the designation application along with documentation of five completed transactions.

  • Second year is $110, but prorated based on the month you joined REBAC
  • $110 per year thereafter
