This course explores the different building standards that go above code and strategies to make a home more comfortable and energy-efficient, helping real estate professionals find their clients a healthy, durable, and sustainable home. Each Continuing Education shall require at a minimum of, two hours of completion to receive Continuing Education Credit.  According to MA Licensing Regulations, you must be present for the entire two hours to earn credit.
