Ombudsman Training

The Ombudsman class covers the material from NAR. It is an informal conversation with a trained ombudsman to help agents and consumers to resolve their differences without going through the complaint process. We have found that people are happy to complain but do nothing to resolve it. The complaints are often a misunderstanding or lack of communication. This class addresses those issues. 

It’s enormously helpful to agents in their business even if they never become ombudsman. It’s about problem solving and active listening (good communication)

  3. Categories of the complaints
  4. What’s acceptable and what isn’t
  5. Sample scenarios
  6.  A copy of the Code of Ethics
