The Pricing Strategy Advisor (PSA) certification is specifically designed to enhance your skills in pricing properties, creating CMAs, working with appraisers, and guiding clients through the anxieties and misperceptions they often have about home values.

Earn 4 CE Credits for:

1. RE62RC25: Comparative Market Analysis
2. RE26R20: The Residential Appraisal Process

This course is an approved elective for the Accredited Buyer's Representative® (ABR®) designation and the Seller Representation Specialist (SRS) designation.

How do you earn your PSA Certificate?

1. You must complete the one-day class, Pricing Strategies: Mastering the CMA
2. Be a member in good standing of the National Association of REALTORS® 
3. Submit a one-time application fee of $179
