Objective: This class will define the role of the real estate broker and agent in short-term vacation rentals in Massachusetts and will explore the federal, state and local responsibilities owed to the consumer (owner, tenant, guest)

Each Continuing Education shall require at a minimum of, two hours of completion to receive Continuing Education Credit.
